Orders can only be returned after consultation (Info@suriandco.ch). We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible if a product has a defect or if a delivery does not match the order. We are happy to send you a replacement or find another solution. Custom-made products or items on sale cannot be returned. A return is only possible for unworn products packed in the original packaging.

• Made with vegan/naturally sourced ingredients.

•Remove the cap of the diffuser bottle and insert the reed sticks as desired . Put the 4 reeds in to the bottle and let them absorb the fragrance for a while then flip them over and place them back into the diffuser.

•For the best performance and consistent fragrance, flip the reeds once per week. You can flip a few reeds every few days or all the reeds everyday.

•Diffuser oil can damage polished/painted/plastic or leather surfaces. Only place the diffuser on a stable surface, away from any electrical sockets or equipment.

•Keep out of the reach of children & pets. People with perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using the product.

•Flammable liquid. Do not light the reeds, ingest or apply to skin.
